air filters

I got angry with the technician who cleaned my air conditioning units last Saturday since out of his carelessness the air filters was destroyed. I don’t know what he did to it. When I asked him to pay for it he helplessly asked for a reconsideration since he was still new in his job and he wasn’t really trained well.
