classroom chairs

This school year in the Philippines, a lot of students have transferred to public schools because the tuition fee had increased in the private schools. Many parents cannot afford anymore on the high tuition fee even in the elementary level. Few years ago one of the problems of a public school is their lack of classroom chairs. Now they even lack classrooms too because of the increase of students population.
