garage floor

How can I make the garage floor look nice and clean? I already painted the walls and other door but it seems like it still ugly. I wanted to make this look good because my daughter will celebrate her 18th birthday soon. We don’t have enough space in our house though we want to garage to accommodate the visitors. Today, I will go to my brother in law to ask him what do I need to do.
