high temperature terminals

I wasn’t sure what high temperature terminals are, but when I check on the internet; I found out this is some kind of tool made of steel with nickel plating. Yesterday, there were people working in our oven though hubby and the technician were talking about terminals. Well, they figured it out the problem of the oven. So the technician advised him to buy this tool.
