acne treatment

My sister is desperate about her skin. Her acne started when she was 20 years old and now she is 33. It’s been years she has the acne problem. She also tried different products to get rid of that acne but it didn’t help. She went to her dermatologist but I don’t think it works either. I heard there are acne treatment you can find out there. I just hope my sister would find a product that would work on her skin.
